Biostatistician: mixed models, survival analysis, and analysis plans

I am a biostatistician in R and SAS. I use mixed-effects models, Cox survival, longitudinal data, and analysis plans. As analytics lead for the White House H-CORE test-kit mission, I used the CDC Social Vulnerability Index instead of a custom model so allocation of 1 billion kits stayed explainable to HHS and could be used the same month. At Geisinger I worked with clinicians on heart-failure risk from genomic and longitudinal EHR data. Ph.D., quantitative biology; 20+ papers, 2,500 citations.
